School Visits Term 4
Football Wagga Wagga’s Development Officer Liam Dedini has finished a busy term 4 attending Primary Schools within the region teaching the core fundamentals of football to various stages within many schools. The students have learnt plenty of skills whilst always finishing the program with a mini world cup gala day. All students expressed their enjoyment during these programs. The schools attended in term 4 included:
Forest Hill Public - Stage 2 and 3
Lutheran Primary School - Stage 1 and 2
Saint Joseph’s Primary School – Stage 1
Henschke Primary School – Stage 2 and 3
As well as this Football Wagga also held the annual boys stage 2 and 3 gala day as well as the Mini Matildas stage 2 and 3 gala day which combined saw 750+ students attend and enjoy a day of football, with many new faces to the game enjoying the experience.
