Voting at the Annual General Meeting is restricted to two (2) delegates from each MWFL Club. Any other person at this meeting will have the power to speak on any subject, the power to nominate persons for official positions in the League and to move any motion or amendment that they see fit, but shall not have the power to vote on such issues.
