The Dandenong Southern Stingrays Football Club participates in AFL Victoria’s TAC Cup competition and invites applications for the following position/s:
Development Coach Under 16 programs 2017 – 2 positions
Development Coach Under 15 programs 2017 – 2 positions
This position is structured to attract high quality candidates to perform the following Roles within the Dandenong Southern Stingrays:
- Assistant Skills coach of the Dandenong Southern Stingrays Under 15, and 16 Development Side (4 coaches required)
- Line coach of the Under 16 program (2 positions on offer)
- Talent ID for season 2017 in the Outer Southern Region (AFL South East)
The successful candidate will be heavily involved with the development program specifically aiming to progress them onto their highest level of football, through tailored development programs in conjunction with other coaching staff and the Region Talent Manager.
All applicants must hold a Level 1 AFL Accreditation in Senior or Youth coaching, but preferable Level 2 Accreditation in Senior or Youth with a minimum of 5 years coaching.
Experience with guiding and coaching young talent locally will be looked on favourably, as will football playing experience.
An honorarium remuneration package is available for the successful candidate as well as professional coaching development opportunities.
