SHEPPARTON v ROCHESTER
Rochester will have to recover quickly to take on a Shepparton outfit high on confidence after it won its first final since the 2000 grand final victory.
The Bears are one of the most in-form teams in the competition and coach, Brad Campbell has them firing at the right time of the year.
One of the games the Bears lost in the back half of the season was to Rochester.
However, the Bears know they can match the Tigers as did for a small part of that game at Deakin Reserve.
Rochester must improve its finals record and James Flaherty will have that in the back of his mind after it only won one of three finals in 2015.
Shepparton was simply outstanding in overcoming Seymour to get to week two of the finals while Rochester showed patches of what it is capable of against Kyabram.
James Wong and Steven Stroobants will play key roles for their teams while both sets of midfielders will have to be busy to ensure the supply.
Not much will separate these sides in the finish and it could down to defences and how well they can defend the ball coming in.
