TALLYGAROOPNA v STANHOPE
During the past two seasons, Tallygaroopna has had the wood on Stanhope.
The Julie Telford led Redlegs’ have re-discovered their mojo in the latter part of the season after a handful of losses in the middle part of the home and away rounds.
The Redlegs’ have been in really good form late in the season, winning eight matches in a row, including successes against the reigning premier in round 16 and back-to-back victories against 2014 premier Lancaster.
Telford will be reminding her players to not get ahead of themselves and to treat each opponent with respect.
Stanhope has been a formidable outfit once again in 2016 under Kerrie Gray.
Gray has done a fantastic job blending in some fresh faces amongst the experienced campaigners.
Some of the news faces to step up and play regularly this year have included Adriana Corso and Molly Breen while the guidance and experience is provided by Sarah West, Casey Livingston, Emma Hill and Gray.
One of the key players for Tallygaroopna has been Rebecca Humphrey.
She has provided Telford with the ability to switch her between attack and defence while youngster Chelsea Prenter has been outstanding after coming through the junior ranks while others to figure prominently have been Madison Brett and Bree Giles.

AVENEL v NAGAMBIE
Avenel faces a massive challenge when it takes on arch rival and last year’s premier Nagambie for a spot in the 2016 big dance.
The Swans must reverse a run of outs against the Lakers, whereby they have lost four of their five matches against their rival.
Swans coach Kath Hard has her team playing a tough and un-comprising brand of netball and it will be important for them to capitalise on their early opportunities.
Scoreboard pressure is going to prove very pivotal and it was also allow the Swans to settle the nerves.
Last season, the Swans bowed out in straight sets so the likes of Kate Bishop, Rachael Mundy, Niki Lord, Bree D’Andrea, Jessica Hogan, Laura Mundy and Genevieve Gordon will be keen to chalk up a finals victory.
Nagambie is an outstanding team who can cope with any challenge dished up to them by opposition teams.
Sarah Theobald, Abby Misiti and Kate Sullivan provide the hardness, class and experience to help the likes of Emily Haysom, Bianca Willis and Maddy Moore play freely.
The match promises to be absolute beauty and it will be the team that makes the least amount of mistakes that will advance to the big dance.
