Congratulations to Cameron Taheny (Eastern Ranges EEFL) and Reyner Clarke (Western United FWFL) upon their selection in the South Australian state school under 15 side, which represented at the National Championships in Maroochydore 24 July 2016 to 30 July 2016.
Cameron has gone on to achieve selection in the Australian Side, and also win the J.L. Williams Medal for the Player of the Championships. (Past winners of this award include Joel Selwood - Geelong, Des Hedland - Brisbane/Fremantle, Leo Barry - Sydney, Wayne Harmes - Carlton, Richard Tambling - Richmond/ Adelaide)
The State team was beaten by 15 points in the Grand Final against Victoria, but in the match to the very end.
Both Reyner and Cameron enjoyed excellent Carnivals at the recent State Youth Championships - under 15, representing Norwood Football Club.
Outstanding achievements for both Reyner and Cameron, and congratulations on this honour.
