- How many years have you been involved in the league/club and in what capacity? Was a player for 12 years and currently first year coaching.
- Why do you do what you do (president, board member, coach, volunteer)? To pass on my experiences I have learnt to a young group of players.
- What do you do when you are not volunteering/coaching? Work at Aquamoves and spend time with my Family and Friends. Enjoy a punt and hit of golf.
- What has been your most rewarding experience in the role you currently have? To see the kid’s development is always a rewarding part of the role.
- o you have a funny story or enjoyable moments from your experiences in any of your roles (names can be withheld)? One of our coaches left the lights on all night at Vibert Reserve last year after a Tuesday night training session….. Brad Campbell
- What advice would you give someone who is on the fence about volunteering/coaching? Just get out there and have a go, every club needs more volunteers week by week. More hands make lights work for everyone.
- Who is the best player to have ever played in the GVFL? Stephen Ash
- What are you looking forward to in 2016? To see the Bears rise up the ladder, and to watch an exciting brand of footy each week.
- Which player do you think crowds will enjoy watching in season 2016 and why? Dave Gallagher – Work horse who just finds the footy
- Who will play off in the Grand Final in season 2016? Kyabram and Swans
- If you could pick any player from within the league to be in your team who would it be and why? Andrew Riordon – Shepp Swans, Great player who reads the play really well and his experience and direction out on the ground would be so valuable for our group.
