Short term casual position available
Leading up towards our annual fundraiser we need an extra pair of hands in the office, to join our small office team. Customer service, integrity and transparency are our motto! Jobs will include
- Answering phones, taking messages and helping with basic queries
- General person Friday stuff: collecting mail, filing, selling shorts etc
- QuickBooks / Reckon experience an advantage but not essential
You'll be a mature person that learns quickly; you'll need to familiarise yourself with our website, our programs and our database software, and also potentially assist with posting to FaceBook.
Benefits: you'll get hands on experience in working with a busy, high traffic non profit alongside friendly staff - you won't be bored!
Duration of work will be 2-3 weeks possibly longer, approximately 6 hours a day, starting immediately.
