Stirling Lions will aim to upset league-leaders Inglewood United in a round six PlayStation4 National Premier Leagues WA clash at Inglewood Stadium on Saturday.
Inglewood sit top of the table with five wins from five games, while Stirling Lions sit in fourth place trailing six points behind.
Balcatta and Perth Soccer Club will compete for bragging rights in a traditional Italian rivalry contest at Grindleford Reserve.
Subiaco will continue the search for their first points when they take on a youthful Perth Glory side at Ashfield Arena.
Floreat Athena and ECU Joondalup will battle it out in a mid-table clash at E&D Litis Stadium.
Sorrento, who upset defending champions Bayswater City in round four, will travel to Dalmatinac Park to take on Cockburn City, while Bayswater will host Armadale at Finance 365 Stadium.
