Please be advised that this year’s AGM is to be held on Wednesday 20th April at 7.00pm in the Lockhart Room, Colonial Club, Cannon Street, Manunda QLD 4870
An Agenda, the financials, minutes of previous AGM, a proxy voting form and any motions will be sent early next week.
Could you please RSVP to the Zone office who will be attending from your club, or forward your Proxy form by the close of business Monday 18th of April 2016.
