Skill Acquisition Programs (SAP) Gippsland 2016
Gippsland FC is pleased to announce that the ‘Skills Acquisition Program’ (SAP) for the Central, East & South Gippsland divisions will commence trials in March 2016.
These three SAP divisions will form the foundation for identification of talented young Boys & Girls and provide the necessary technical ‘tools’ to players in order to help them be able to play the game at the highest possible level. It will also allow players the opportunity to develop their football skills based on FFA’s National Curriculum focusing on functional game skills around 1 v 1, First Touch, Passing/Striking & Running with the Ball.
The SAP trials are open to all talented young Boys & Girls as per the following:
- Boys who are born: 1st January 2004 - 31st December 2006
- Girls who are born: 1st January 2004 – 31st December 2005
