The U16 Darling Downs representative pathway ramps up next week as the squad formally training at Queens Park shift to Gold Park to concentrate on full field activities in the lead into the U16 SE club day 13th March.
All players are invited to join this years U16 training squad (born 2000, 2001) or any 17 year olds that did not play at club level in 2015.
Please find below information relating to the upcoming 6 week block of training (venue change to Gold Park) that leads into the Brisbane South East U16 club day on Sunday 13th March.

U16 Club Day Outline
When: Sunday 13th March
Where: Coorparoo AFC, Birubi Street
Cost: $50 per player (Includes squad polo & insurance / umpires fees for the carnival)
Apparel: Playing jersey and shorts will be supplied on the day (to be returned)
Draw: TBC (x3 Games with 17minute halves)
Travel: Car pool (Any players requiring a lift please contact Michael O’Donoghue closer to event)
Arrival Time: TBC once draw is released
We are looking to take a squad of 25 players for this carnival with 25 available for each match (7 man bench). A rotation policy will be in place for those bench players each game. Note: This is the pathway to selection for the U16 Brisbane South Squad where only U16 (top age) players can be selected for the next level (formally Western Taipans)
