Moreton Bay United Women’s captain Renee Rudder picked up two of four major awards at the club’s presentation on Saturday night.
The goalkeeper claimed both the Players’ Player and women’s Club Person of the Year titles for her efforts on and off the pitch.
Scottish midfielder Sascha Fournel and 26-year-old forward Pamela Kennard also netted accolades on the night by scooping the Best and Fairest and Coach’s Award respectively.
Kennard notably netted twice in Jets’ only victory of the season – a 3-0 defeat of Souths United Women in August – before the pair both struck in the reverse fixture four days later.
While finishing bottom meant she was constantly peppered by opposition attacks, Rudder consistently caught the eye with a string of impressive saves throughout the season.
The former Newcastle Jets shot-stopper’s performances have returned her to the Westfield W-League frame with attention from two-time champions Brisbane Roar.
Rudder hopes the harsh lessons of 2015 will fuel a Jets resurgence next term.
“Getting two awards was fantastic,” she said.
“A lot of people put in a lot of hard work last season and I hope we have given the girls a platform, a starting platform, for next season.”
