2016 Annual General Meeting
The 2016 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the BELLARINE PENINSULA BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION INC. has been scheduled to be held as follows:
TUESDAY 13th DECEMBER 2016
At 7:15pm at Bellarine Sport Centre, Drysdale.
PURPOSE OF MEETING:
1. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive reports from the Committee upon the activities of the Association during the preceding financial year.
3. To receive and consider the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts of the Association in accordance with Section 30(3) of the Incorporation’s Act.
4. To present the proposed new BPBA Constitution.
5. To receive any nominations for any persons to be considered for Life Membership of BPBA.
6. To elect a VICE-PRESIDENT, TREASURER, plus ORDINARY MEMBERS.
Nominations in writing for a position on the Executive and Ordinary Committee are to be addressed to:
