2016 National Carnival Location

After two enjoyable cooler climate carnivals in Adelaide and Launceston/Hobart, the national board have sensibly decided to have the 2016 carnival on the beautiful Gold Coast.

Locations and dates are still being locked away but it will start either on the Friday before (23/9) or the Sunday after (25/9) the AFL Grand Final.

We had 126 QLD players in Adelaide and 114 in Tasmania, and we are predicting 160 players for the Gold Coast. We will call for coaches early in 2016 and get an early start on our team preparations.

There is a lot of organising going on behind the scenes to make this the best carnival ever and we will keep you informed as things unfold.
