ETP Overview

The ETP was established in 2014 after discussions with GSL Club Presidents that identified a greater need to improve and develop a sustainable ‘Talented Player Pathway’ across the Gippsland region. The program is also part of the GSL Board’s vision to provide Gippsland players a platform for entering into State Representative Teams, National Premier Leagues and  ‘A’ and ‘W’ League levels.

The ETP takes a holistic approach to football with a strong focus on long term development while also serving as a pathway between Community Clubs, GSL Representative Squads & the FFA Skills Acquisition Program. The program is also partnered with the Gippsland Sports Academy and has also established strong links with Melbourne City FC and Central Coast Mariners FC.
