The Whitsunday Sea Eagles and North Mackay Saints have dominated the 2015 AFL Mackay Juniors Team of the Year and two Saints also receiving Representative player of the year awards.
North Mackay Saints midfielder and Queensland 12 years and under schools boys representative Brody Morris received the 2015 Under 12 Representative Player of the Year, with fellow Saint Blake Jones crowned the Under 14 Representative Player of the Year.
Bakers Creek women's player and former Sarina Demons junior Lauren Bella took out the Under 16 Representative Player of the Year after representing Queensland at 16 school girls Nationals and also named in the AFL Queensland Youth Girls Academy at the start of the year.
All-Australian Masters player and AFL Mackay life member Gary Downes was named the Representative Coach of the Year with Eastern Swans Shaun Creeley named the Representative Assistant Coach of the Year.
