Voting is now open in the next stage for the PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland Under 23 All-Stars.

The PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland Under 23 All-Stars will face Brisbane Roar at Queensland Sports and Athletics Centre (QSAC) on September 19, as part of a double header with the PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues Finals Series.

The match will serve as important preparation for the three-time Hyundai A-League Champions and allow some of PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland's brightest young talents the chance to shine against one of the country's premier football clubs.

Two (2) coaches will ultimately guide the seventeen (17) player PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland All-Stars, however fans can only vote for one (1) - so be sure to make it count!

Grae Piddick

Club: Palm Beach SC

Age: 34

About: Taking charge midway through the 2013 campaign, Piddick guided the Sharks to the PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland Premiership-Championship double in his first full season in 2014. Has turned heads with his inspired tactical approach in tough Westfield FFA Cup ties and boasts a reputation for watertight defensive structures.

 

Kevin A'herne-Evans

Club: Brisbane Strikers FC

Age: 34

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 68 games / 58.8% win ratio

About: Spent the first two PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland seasons with Sunshine Coast FC before taking the reins at Strikers this year - guiding them to their first PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland Grand Final. A true student of the game who emphasises balance across all thirds of the pitch with a strong emphasis on technical football.

 

Jim Bellas

Club: Olympic FC

Age: 49

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 71 games / 66.2% win ratio

About: Guided Olympic to back-to-back Grand Final appearances in the competition's first two seasons, securing the Premiership-Championship double in 2013. Bellas' teams have earned a reputation for their heavy emphasis on attack, targeted recruitment and interchangeability of players.

 

Graham Fyfe

Club: Redlands United FC

Age: 32

About: The sole player-coach in the competition in the 2015 season, Fyfe's combination of on-field leadership and squad management saw the Red Devils qualify for their maiden Finals Series appearance. Has continued the club's renown for technically adept and free-flowing attacking football without sacrificing defensive organisation.

 

Paul Arnison

Club: Sunshine Coast FC

Age: 37

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 22 games / 31.8% win ratio

About: In his first season as coach of the senior side Arnison has demonstrated a willingness to promote youth and focus on development. Showed plenty of resolve and man management insight to overturn a ten match winless run in mid-season to finish the campaign strongly and has been retained by Fire for the 2016 season.

 

Martin Docherty

Club: FNQ FC Heat

About: Stared down the challenges inherent with coaching a regional club to earn the respect of plenty across the league. Docherty has gained a reputation as a straight-talking strategist with a knack for getting the very best out of his players. Guided Heat to second place in 2014 and back-to-back Westfield FFA Cup Round of 32 appearances.

 

Chris Wilkes

Club: SWQ Thunder FC

Age: not available

About: Despite being unable to breakthrough for that elusive first win, Wilkes has added much-needed steel to Thunder's approach in 2015 in his first season in charge. While hamstrung by the relative inexperience of his squad, has earned respect by not making excuses as he seeks to mould his young charges into a formidable outfit that will challenge for the top four in coming seasons.

 

Ian Ferguson

Club: Northern Fury FC

Age: 48

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 44 games / 34.1% win ratio

About: The former Hyundai A-League coach and Rangers fan favourite guided Fury to their best season yet in 2015, with the Townsville club in the Finals Series hunt until the final rounds. Also serves as Director of Coaching at Fury - ensuring his expertise is filtering through to the club's next generation of players and coaches.

 

Graham Harvey

Club: Western Pride FC

Age: 31

PS4NPLQLD 2015 Stats: 7 games / 14.3% win ratio

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 8 games / 12.5% win ratio

About: Previously assistant at Brisbane Strikers (where he coached one match as caretaker in 2013), Harvey took charge of Pride following the mid-season departure of Karl Dodd. Recorded a win in his first match with the Ipswich club but will be seeking to put his own stamp on the squad for the 2016 season.

 

Darron Heselden

Club: Brisbane City FC

Age: 49

PS4NPLQLD Career Stats: 16 games / 50.0% win ratio

About: Taking charge following the early season departure of Glen Volker, Heselden immediately demonstrated faith in the team's youth talents with his squad selections. All eight of City's 2015 wins came under Heselden's guidance which was noted for its emphasis on fitness and technical, speedy in build-up.
