Pin Is In For 2016

FNQ Heat have confirmed that promising striker Joshua Pin will again turn out for the club in PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland 2016.
The 18-year-old is a product of the FNQ Heat Academy and his signing comes after Heat concluded their PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland 2015 campaign on the weekend with a 3-2 home defeat to Palm Beach SC.
Despite making his debut in the 2013 season, this year has proved a break-out for Pin - the striker scoring four goals in 19 appearances for the Cairns-based club.
It is believed Pin turned down overtures from a host of PlayStation 4 NPL New South Wales clubs to commit to the Heat.
Heat General Manager Kev Maher said he was delighted to have secured Pin’s services for next season.
“Josh has come through our academy of players and is still only young. He has found his feet this yaer in the NPL and he will certainly be looking to consolidate next year,” Maher said.
“The club is hoping we will help him to become a more hardened and mature footballer and assist him with a move on to the next level when he is ready.”
