SHEPPARTON UNITED v SHEPPARTON
Shepparton United dished up arguably one of its worst performances for as long as I can remember against Rochester.
The loss hit home for some of the club’s diehard supporters and officials, so much so that one of them addressed the playing group after the game.
Co-coach Tim Looby had a really quiet game, but he wasn’t on his own.
There were very few who could hold their head high at the end of the game.
Matthew Di Bella, Paul Currie, Ryan Butler, John Bradaric, Stephen McIntyre and Matthew Rendina were some of the guys who tried hard for the Demons.
On the other side, Shepparton is chasing a rare feat as well – four wins in a row.
There is no doubt that the Bears can win this game.
They are improving every week under Brad Campbell and they would love nothing more than beating up on the Demons while they are struggling.
Rupert Sangster, Ashley Holland, Nikolaus Rokahr, Liam Duguid, Rowan Hiscock and Jordon Butts were the key contributors in the win over the Murray Bombers.
If they can play well along with some of the club’s more experienced players then they can beat the Demons.
