The final Channel 7 broadcast games for 2015 have been announced.
In the run home to the finals, Werribee will receive its first TV game of the year as they host Footscray in the final round.
The 2014 premiership Bulldogs will feature regularly on the Channel 7 broadcasts hosting Essendon in Rd 16 - with both teams fighting for a top four spot - then in Rd 18 they will meet Port Melbourne for the first time since their preliminary final encounter of 2014.
Fellow top eight team Collingwood will also feature on Channel 7 on the run home, with the Magpies having featured in three of the highest rating VFL games of the season so far in Round 2 (v Essendon), Rd 5 (v Richmond) and Rd 11 (v Box Hill Hawks) - all attracting 70,000+ viewers.
Both games for Collingwood in Rd 17 and 19 will be broadcast on delay, with Rd 17 being an AFL curtain raiser game against Northern Blues from the MCG, and Rd 19 against Richmond at Victoria Park - with only three points separating the two teams last time they met in Rd 5.
The three Saturday games will air at midday, with the two Sunday games to be broadcast from 11:30am.
It has also been announced that Channel 7 will cover a Saturday and Sunday match for the opening three weeks of the Peter Jackson VFL Legendairy Final Series, which begin on Saturday September 5. The Grand Final will be broadcast from Etihad Stadium on Sunday September 27.
Channel 7 VFL games have averaged 52,000 viewers a week, which is up from 33,000 on ABC TV in 2014 for the home and away rounds.
