The Round 12 Rising Star nominee is Mitchell Wright from North Shore.
Mitchell had an outstanding junior career St Ives junior football club and has been a member of the Sydney Swan Academy for a number of years.
He commenced his North Shore career in 2014 his hard working nature saw him progress considerably during that season. A season that saw him play in grand finals for the Swans NEAFL team and for North Shore's under 19 side on consecutive weekends.
His great work ethic has been rewarded again in 2015 with a number of Swans NEAFL and Rams TAC Cup appearances.
In being North Shore's best against Sydney University on the weekend, Mitchell yet again underlined his potential and the effort he is prepared to put in for his team. He is already highly respected at North Shore and looks set for very successful senior career.
