Number in last years count: N/A as in another league
Analysis:
Anderson may only be new to AFL Sydney but is already making his mark in the top grade. One of the smallest player in the league, Anderson makes up for his lack of size with precise skills and great decision making. He played his first game for East Coast in Division One and quickly showed why he was so highly regarded with a best on ground performance.
Anderson came over from Western Australia where he played previously in the WAFL for Claremont playing 25 games in the top grade over three years. He played in a arguably the greatest WAFL Grand Final in 2010, finishing runners-up on the day by one point.
Anderson is a smooth moving, high possession winner who sets up the Eagles attack with his rebound off the halfback making his partnership with Kieran Emery scary for opposition sides. Since his debut in the Sydney competition, Anderson has lifted his level the last couple of weeks being named in the East Coast best three times and making the AFL Sydney Team of the Week twice.
