Who You Callin' Wannabes?

FNQ Heat found a novel way to celebrate their 6-1 win over Stratford FC in the Westfield FFA Cup - singing a famous Spice Girls song.
Heat posted the sing-along video to their Facebook account on Thursday as part of a wrap-up of the previous night’s victory.
The unusual post-match celebration was a response to pre-match comments in the Cairns media from Stratford coach Stuart Veall.
Veall reportedly labelled Heat “wannabes” in an attempt to unnerve his PlayStation® 4 NPL Queensland opponents prior to the Far North Queensland Zone Qualifying tie.
Heat ultimately ran out comfortable winners against their FNQ Premier Men's opponents on the back of four goals to Alex Smith and a brace to Crios O’Hare to book a showdown with Northern Fury in the next round.
