"These players, officials and families will get to experience the region at is finest both with the weather and having the ability to play on not only the regions best but one of the premier surfaces in the State at Harrup Park Country Club," Neumann added.
Day one of the State Championships will begin on Thursday morning with host team Capricornia up against Met North from 9:30am.
The Capricornia side features 12 AFL Mackay Isuzu Ute Juniors including Gold Coast SUNS Academy member Blake Jones. All matches for each day are between 9:00am 4:00pm, which each draw to be generated after each day with results determining who each region players next.
The Northern team also features players from the Whitsunday Sea Eagles JAFC and a local derby could by on the cards if results go the right way.
The Grand Final of the State Championships will be on Sunday at 12:30pm with the top two sides for the Championships to face off against each other.
