Bombers, Goondiwindi and Coolaroo win in round 3.
The South Toowoomba Bombers were far to strong for the Toowoomba Tigers dominating from the start to win by 132 points. Ruckmen Lachlan Walters was influential in the match giving his midfield first class service all day to win best on Ground honours while Dan Mcphee was back in the goal kickers dominating all oppenants to kick a haul of 10.
Goondiwindi showed they are a premieship force with a 60 point drubbing of the University Cougars. They lead from start to finish and showed they are a fit team by kicking 6 goals to 1 in the last quater. David O'Toole kicked 8 goals while Adam Scoble bagged 6 in a best on ground effort.
Coolaroo overcame a spiritied Warwick Redbacks in the macth of the round. Both teams fought hard for victory as they went into the last quater locked on 47 a peice. Coolaroo showed they were the fittest and the team to beat in the race for the 2015 Premiership as they kicked 5 goals to 3 to win by 15 points. Coolaroo spread the load for goal kicking, as 4 different players kicked multiple goals while Warwick looked for Kristopher Millard kicked 5 for the Redbacks. Ray Risley was named best on ground for the Roo's.
