EDFL FOOTBALL ON ANZAC DAY - SATURDAY 25TH APRIL

This week’s round 3 matches will be played on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is Remembrance Day to commemorate all Australians and New Zealanders who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations and both Koo Wee Rup and Cora Lynn who host matches on Saturday have pre-game ceremonies to pay their respects.

This week – Saturday 25 April

Koo Wee Rup v Lang Lang

Cora Lynn v Bunyip

Note: In accordance with State Government ANZAC Day Act sport cannot commence until the afternoon on ANZAC Day.

The program at Koo Wee Rup will start with the U/18s at 3:00 pm. (Lang Lang do not field a U/16 team). While at Cora Lynn the day will start with the U/16s at 2pm.

Both senior matches will commence around 7:05 after ANZAC ceremonies.

Sunday 26 April – Matches at regular times.
