Dalby, University and Toowoomba started their season off with the perfect start.
The Dalby Swans come up against a young Chinchilla team and it showed in the first quater. As they kicked 11 goasl to no score. In the end it was a team performance as 12 different players kicked a goal. The ran out massive 222 point winners.
The Lions hosted the defending premiers in University and the Cougars showed they want to go back-back with a 132 point victory. Storm Arnold kicked 4 goals and was named Best on ground for the visiting Coougars.
The Tigers and Hawks played an entertaining game of footy. The Tigers started stronger but the Hawks never stopped going goal for goal in the second half. Young gun Amber Hall was named Best on Ground for the Tigers and kicked a goal to stamp her authority on the match. The Tigers won by 43 points.
Coolaroo, Lockyer Valley and Souths had the bye.
