The 2015 TRFM Gippsland League season was officially launched at Traralgon Bowls Club on Wednesday night, ahead of this weekend's opening round.

The event provided an opportunity for the league to acknowledge its major sponsors and launch what promises to be a huge season for the competition.
TRFM general manager Grant Johnstone and Apprenticeships Group Australia CEO Mark Knox spoke about their partnerships with the Gippsland League and their excitement for the upcoming season.
A crowd of 100 people heard from interleague football and netball coaches Steve Hazelman and Kate French about the league's 2015 representative program.
The evening also featured a panel of senior coaches for 2015, with each coach interviewed by a member of the TRFM Gippsland League Live commentary team, who were officially introduced for the first time.
Special thanks goes to guest speakers Lenny Hayes, Justin Koschitzke and Shelley O'Donnell.
The St Kilda champs chatted all things footy, from AFL salary caps to the pros and cons of one-off player appearances in country footy, whille the Australian Diamonds legend provided a great insight into her glittering career in an entertaining one-one-one interview with TRFM program director and season launch MC Mat Cummins.
The function concluded with TRFM Gippsland League chair Greg Maidment handing out 2014 premiership flags to presidents of Moe (fourths), Traralgon (reserves and thirds) and Morwell (seniors) football clubs.
Round one kicks off this Saturday, with Leongatha taking on Traralgon, Bairnsdale travelling to Drouin and Morwell hosting Wonthaggi Power in a replay of last year's grand final.
The action continues on Sunday, with Warragul welcoming Moe to Western Park and Maffra meeting Sale in the traditional 'Battle of the Birds'.
