Goals from Jack Salter and Nicco Sabatini had given the Gulls an early lead before Murray hit back with a hat-trick.

David Araya was also on the score sheet for the home side in the 4-3 win at Dalmatinac Park and Sabatini scored his second in stoppage time.

Danny Dixon scored the only goal of the game as ECU Joondalup beat Armadale 1-0.

On Friday, Bayswater City responded to a slow start by punishing Floreat Athena 4-1 at E&D Litis Stadium.

Floreat took the lead through Kris Gate and the home side had several opportunities to increase their lead before the defending Night Series champions came storming back.

Hayden Doyle scored twice before Gustavo Giron Marulanda and Paul McCarthy completed the turnaround.

Perth SC made it four wins from four games thanks to Clark Keltie’s stoppage time winner in a 3-2 success. Click here to read how Perth reflected on the victory or click here for Inglewood’s take on the match.

On Monday, Stirling Lions made the most of home ground advantage to secure a 3-1 win over Subiaco, while Balcatta were made to work hard by State League Division One side Shamrock Rovers before securing a 3-2 win at Macedonia Park.

Dejan Andric had given Balcatta the lead but Sean Browne equalised 10 minutes into the second half. Adam Tong restored Balcatta’s lead but they needed Patrick Sara’s goal to seal the win after Nick Little had drawn Shamrock level for a second time.
