Sydney University is pleased to announce the appointment of coaches to all grades for the 2015 season.
Coaching the Division 3 side in 2015 is Sam Power. Sam Power has a long history at SUANFC after years of voluntary and player service in and around the club. Sam is a selfless club man who takes on the role as coach of the Division Three side on top of being an SUANFC Committee Member. Sam was also a member of the successful 2013 and 2014 Division Two side that were crowned Sydney AFL Division 2 Premiers in back to back years. Well respected as a player and as a club man, everyone wishes Sam the best as he steps up into a coaching role for 2015.
Coaching the Division 4 side in 2015 is James Davey. Davey enters his first year as coach off the back of a number of strong years for Sydney Uni. A member of the inaugural Division Four premiership in 2012 and a much loved member of the lower grades.
Coaching the Division 5 team in 2015 is Isaac Martin. In just Isaac’s second year at the club Sydney University are pleased that he has accepted the position. Isaac comes off an outstanding 2014 where he was appointed captain of the Div Five side in his first year at the club. Isaac helped lead the team into their second finals series from as many attempts and will be looking to push the team even further this year. Best of luck to Isaac in 2015.
As previously announced Anton Turco heads up the Premier Division side for a second year as does Adam Clark in the newly promoted Division 1 team. Paul Markou will again be coach of the U19 Colts program.
