Wednesday 14^th Jan - 6.00pm – 7.30pm Bayswater Lacrosse Club

Sunday 18^th Jan - 8.00am – 10.00am Bayswater Lacrosse Club

Bring : Lax gear, mouth guard, runners, water bottle

Coaches to submit team names to Director of High Performance by Tuesday 20^th Jan.

Director of High Performance to circulate to Board members for approval with response back to coaches by Thursday 22^nd Jan.

Teams will be posted on LWA Web site and Facebook Friday 23^rd Jan
