Clubs Confirmed For BLK Silver Boot

PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland clubs Brisbane City, Brisbane Strikers, Olympic FC, Redlands United, SWQ Thunder and Western Pride will compete in the 2015 BLK Silver Boot hosted by Lions FC.
The hosts and the six PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland clubs will be joined by Football Brisbane community clubs Albany Creek Excelsior, Capalaba FC, Eastern Suburbs, Logan Lightning, Mitchelton FC, Rochedale Rovers, UQFC and Wolves FC in the pre-season tournament.
The tournament will be played over 14 match days commencing Tuesday, 20th January 2015 and concluded with the third place play-off and Grand Final on Sunday, 15th February 2015.
The match schedule will be announced at a launch event on Saturday 10 January at Lions’ Richlands clubhouse, which will be attended by representatives from all participating clubs.
Lions defeated Olympic 2-0 in the competition’s 2014 Grand Final, while Brisbane Strikers also defeated Olympic in the 2013 decider 3-2.
