Once again we had this great competition on our doorstep. In 2012 the League entered an U21 side in the competition for development, and an U17 side and the Open side made up from mainly the team of the year.

Open: The team was very strong and got better as they went along with 4 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses, with the last loss knocked them out of finals contention. All in all a great effort.
U17s: A very successful team also with 5 wins and 2 losses which saw them make the first round of finals only to be knocked out by a team they had already beaten in earlier rounds. A great group of girls who have represented the League well and shown lots of potential, which is great for the future of the League.
U21s: What a great bunch of girls who had a never give up attitude, not winning a game, but won 5 quarters during the competition. This has been an awesome experience for these girls as they are our future A graders and we hope they will take this away and build on it for the season.
