Award Winners On Roar Stage

Our 2014 PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland award winners will be recognised prior to this Saturday’s Hyundai A-League match at Suncorp Stadium.
Award presentations will be made on the pitch at the iconic venue at 3:30PM, prior to the match between Brisbane Roar and Perth Glory scheduled to kick-off at 4:00PM.
The presentation will be preceded by Roar's Westfield W-League clash again Canberra United, scheduled for a 1:00PM kick-off.
Earlier this month, Football Queensland confirmed the individual award winners for the 2014 PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland season.
Premiership winners Palm Beach SC received two honours with striker Chris Lucas acknowledged as the league’s Most Valuable Player and goalkeeper Shane Viitakangas winning the Safe Hands Award.
Young Northern Fury striker Braedyn Crowley was voted the Young Player of the Year, while Moreton Bay United veteran striker Royce Brownlie was the competition’s Golden Boot.
Moreton Bay United also were acknowledged for their outstanding services to media, with Nick Crockford recognised as the Club Media Manager of the Year.
Football Queensland Chief Operating Officer Ben Mannion said the award winners, “All our award winners had outstanding seasons and deserve this recognition of their achievements.”
“Football Queensland is grateful for the assistance received from Brisbane Roar to make this opportunity possible,” he concluded.
