2014 SAWFL Members' Survey

All members of the SAWFL including players, umpires, volunteers, committee members, coaches, sports trainers, etc are invited to complete the 2014 SAWFL Members' Survey.

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from members on key components of the 2014 Season and some potential new initiatives, and to use this feedback to help shape the structure of the SAWFL Competitions in 2015.

The survey should only take 5 minutes to complete. It will close on Friday 28th November 2014.
