1. Summer Training Photos
Summer training returned in January and 150+ boys and girls went into phase 2 of their development and it was the photo's from this program that were the biggest hit. Take a look at the album here
2. Neumann into Australian High Performance Academy
It was a first for the Darling Downs with the regions Development Coordinator Jeff Neumann kick-starting 2014 with a bang, as the talented young coach joined the Under 16 Youth Girls AFL High Performance Academy in Melbourne during January.
3. Webb checks in for 10th Year
The inspiration of working with fun yet professional staff is what continues to drive Regional Manager Keith Webb to keep returning and has done so, for over the past ten years. As the Darling Downs Regional Manager started his 10th year in charge.
4. Lions ready to roar under new coach
It was a massive story at the time, as former Coolaroo premiership player Miels Grice took the helm of the Highfields Lions division 1 men's side for 2014.
