The West Australian Football Commission is currently seeking applications for various roles within the 2015 WAFC Female Talent Academy Programs.
In 2015 both the women and the Youth Girls will have a Development Squad as part of their Talent pathway.
This will ensure players have developed to a certain standard before receiving entry into the Talent Academy.
The 2 groups will be training at the same time at the same venue but in 2014 the WAFC recognised that some players may need a little more instruction and guidance with their skills knowledge and game play.
The introduction of qualified staff in the Development Squads will allow players to have more of an opportunity to work on their skills and staff to correct/improve skills that are lacking or still developing.
It also allows WAWFL Clubs the chance to nominate more players who may be new to the game and show great promise to receive excellent development and more quality coaches given a chance to develop and contribute at a higher level to then take back to grass roots level at their clubs.
Full job descriptions can be found as attachments at the bottom of this article.
All applications should be received by 5.00pm Wednesday 06/11/2014 and addressed to;
