On Saturday 11th October the SACFL Awards Luncheon was held at the West Adelaide Football Club
Award Winners included:
The JLT Administrator of the Year:
Winner – Brenda Tully – Great Flinders Football League
The Award is for:
Dedicated and committed approach to Administrative position held for the GFFL
Demonstrates initiative and motivation to identified league duties
Supportive of community football policies and programs
Brenda achievements include:
10 years in football administration
Is a Footyweb educator (on line registration system)
League and Club Secretary
Junior League Secretary
Managed the 2014 Kinlough Cup
And is part of the Western Zone Junior Advisory Council

SANFL Merit Awards presented on the day to:
Trevor Harmer – Spencer Gulf Football League
Achievements include:
Life Member – Port Pirie FL
17 years – Club Treasurer (on-going)
20 years – league delegate
Winner of the AFL Appreciation Award for Volunteering in 2002

The SANFL Merit Awards are nominated by affiliated leagues for outstanding service to an affiliated league, affiliated league club or the game of football
Nominations are considered by the SA Community Football Board for recommendation to the SANFL Commission for approval

This award is for outstanding service to football in South Australia, as recommended by the SACFL Board to the SANFL CEO and Chairman of the Commission
