DAYLIGHT SAVINGS and SUMMER UNIFORM 2015-16
SUMMER UNIFORM BEGINS SUNDAY OCTOBER 4.
ALWAYS REMEMBER to have water with you courtside and drink whenever possible.
Summer Uniform will be with us on SUNDAY OCTOBER 4, 2015. Winter Uniform must continue to be worn up until that date as well as any finals appointments.
After October 4 you may choose to wear either uniform but whichever uniform you select, it must be worn fully. No combinations. No mix & match.
Summer Uniform consists of ........ Striped Referee Shirt complete with VBRA badge.
Kilsyth Red and Black Jacket if required, Longer Black Basketball style Shorts.
NO Footy or Running style or Board shorts with stripes, piping etc. White Socks, Predominantly White Runners (with white shoe laces).
Championship Men's competition is always officiated in WINTER UNIFORM.
DEFINITELY NO HI VIS RUNNERS.
NO BLACK or COLORED RUNNERS (with summer uniform)
Please do not go out and purchase brightly colored runners then expect to referee in them. If you think "I wonder if these runners will be OK?" then NO, they are not OK.
Please make sure your session is enjoyable, avoid hassle from Supervisors and follow the uniform requirements.
