One flag, back to back minor premierships, a winning streak of 19-games and two grand-final appearances isn't bad for a coach in just their second season.
Well, South Toowoomba AFC second year coach Sophie Smith has done just that but says she wouldn't of been able to achieve everything if it wasn't for her players and two coaches she looks up to.
"In my first year I was lucky enough to be able to work alongside Jeff Neumann who suggested I take on the role of coaching the Bombers women's side", premiership Coach Smith said.
"Jeff has been great with his experience and knowledge of the game, he assisted me greatly in my first year as coach."
"My dad, Andrew has also been by my side the previous two years and I look up to both him and Jeff for my coaching guidance.
"I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for their guidance and belief in me", Smith added.
Adding to her already impressive club coaching record, Smith has also branced into the representative side of coaching and has been heavily involved in youth girls talent programs.
Female Coach of the year Smith said, that if she goes around again in 2015 she will take everything she has learnt and take it back to club football.
"(Assistant) Coaching with the Under 17 South West (2013) and Darling Downs Demons side this year, I have learnt a great deal about coaching female football.
"If I am appointed at the club (South Toowoomba) again, I plan to take what I have learnt at representative level back to my club and give the girls a greater opportunity to develop and progress in the footy pathway."
As all coaches do they have aspirations and Sophie Smith is no different.
"Hopefullly one day work with an elite program, be it an assistant or coaching at state, national or AFL level.
"However my short term goal is to continue to see and help the local competition develop on the Darling Downs," Smith told DarlingDowns.AFLQ.com.au
