North Geelong Warriors 2015 NPLV Trial Information
North Geelong Warriors have set itself the task of continuing to build on and improve its current NPLV junior and youth program, creating a challenging pathway and environment for all aspiring talented players to develop into senior NPLV players and beyond.
NGWFC’s 2015 NPLV program will be run over 40 weeks and will require a minimum of three and up to 4 contacts per week including match day.
We will be fielding teams in the following age groups:
Under 12 Under 13 Under 14 Under 15 Under 16 Under 18
Trial process for 2015 NPLV squads
Trials will be conducted over three phases.
- Phase 1 – Open trial for players who did not play in the NPLV in 2014 with NGWFC
- Phase 2 - Invited trialists from Phase 1 plus NPLV NGWFC players from 2014
- Phase 3 – Final 24 players (if needed) from Phase 2
- Players will strictly trial and register only in the year of their birth.

Players and parents please note:
- Players must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to trial time to sign in.
- Players must wear neutral gear to trials (No club or rep gear to be worn)
- Players must attend two out of the three trials in Phase 1 to be considered
- At the end of the process all successful players will be offered an interim spot in the squad. The successful player and a parent/s will be required to attend a compulsory NPLV information meeting at the club in early December where all relevant information of the program will be presented. Any questions that you may have will also be answered during this information evening. On the night you will be be required to sign an ‘acceptance of place’ form and pay a non refundable $100 deposit that will be deducted from your 2015 playing fees.
