WAROONA came from 28 points down halfway through the second quarter to win the Peel Football League Reserves grand final against Centrals.
Centrals started strongly to lead 5.4 (34) to 1.0 (6) at the 12-minute mark of the second quarter.
However Waroona kicked the next three goals of the quarter to trail by just 11 points at half time.
The third quarter was an arm wrestle with both sides adding two goals and one behind for the quarter.
Kicking with the breeze in the final quarter Waroona were able to hold Mundijong scoreless while adding five goals of their own to run out 24-point winners, 11.6 (72) to 7.6 (48).
Stephen Srhoj led the way for Waroona with four goals while Lindsay Wilson was influential all day.
Andrew Nicolao was the only multiple goal scorer for Mundijong with two.
It was a disappointing end to the season for Mundijong who finish the season as minor premiers, one win ahead of Waroona in second place.
