Toowoomba AFC are set to host the annual Under 8's and 10's carnival to kick off the 2014 AFL Darling Downs final series this Sunday 31st August.
The carnival will be the last event for the regions next generation of stars in the Under 6, 8's and 10's non-competitive competitions. Every team will play 5 games for the round robin style carnival kicking off at 9:00am, with more than just footy on offer.
From a 50metre novelty race between club officials, with the race having a special twist to it and recognising the great work our regions umpires do as well.
No doubt the jumping castle will be a massive hit amongst the boys and girls, as will Brisbane Lions mascot Bernie Gabba Vegas who is making a special appearance at Rockville OVal. Bernie will also have loads of giveways for everyone that sees him.
With over 300 players in attendance this will be not only a massive day for the boys and girls but a massive day on the AFL Darling Downs calendar every year.
