Brackin said shooting ran from April to June, with the finale yet to be filmed.
“From the TV perspective it was a lot more natural than I expected it to be,” he said. “They asked you questions and led you in terms of what you were talking about generally. But what you felt, they let you do what you do.
“It was also a bit more intensive version of football.
“Obviously with Michael Voss and Ben Dixon, it’s an intense experience and demanded a lot more of us.”
Brackin said he learnt a lot from the superstars.
“It was the little things they taught us that makes such a big difference in the way you play,” he said.
“A lot of the stuff was more like a feeling or little things you can’t teach, it’s just from the experience of being coached by them.”
Brackin said he thought that people would be surprised by him on the show.
“As a footy guy, I’m not a (typical) footy guy and it becomes apparent very quickly,” he said.
