NAB AFL Auskick continues to be a hit across the Darling Downs with the ever popular program expanding in 2014.
In 2014 the primary school targeted program ventured into the western Downs town of Miles for the first time along with planned programs in Murgon in the north and the program continued in popular areas of Goondiwindi, Stanthorpe and Hatton Vale.
The Miles State School program was a hit, with over 50 students from the small country school participating in the program. Local police officer Scott Pogan ran the program under the guidance of AFL Queensland.
Mr. Pogan was able to rally support of local school teaches and ran a very successful program, showing that NAB AFL Auskick is for everyone.
The program continues to kick goals across not only the Darling Downs but the country.
With an awesome backpack full of gear along with learning the basic fundamental motor skills including the "#1 kick in the world" and playing fun games, NAB AFL Auskick is a program in high demand.
Finals may be fast approaching in local footy and the season coming to an end but it is guaranteed that there is a NAB AFL Auskick program about to start near you. You can find out where your nearest centre is by heading on over to www.aflauskick.com.au
