The question is, how long can the South Toowoomba juggernaut continue for? They were tested in round 6 but the premiers showed their depth and prevailed against an impressive Swans outfit.
South Toowoomba have now won 13-straight games since their first ever clash last year, with opposition sides struggling to stop star duo Baldock and Seaniger. Both players were by far the best two on the ground last week and are the bench mark for female footballers across the region.
There would be division 1 Allied Pickford's Cup sides that would love to have Seaniger and Baldock on their list.
This week Goondiwindi head to the Bombers fortress and face the daunting task of trying to stop the premiers. With the likes of Seaniger, Baldock, young-guns Chloe MacDonald and Rebecca Rogers, the next generation of Bombers players are coming through and the scary part is that all of those four players are 18 years or younger.
The Hawks also have a youthful side with the Bell sisters, Ayre, Litherland and Bate, Goondiwindi have the firepower to match it with the Bombers.
How do you stop South Toowoomba?
Bombers inaccuracy in front of goal would be a worry if they weren't collecting the four points every week, in just their short history the Bombers women's side have kicked 149 goals 178 behinds, though in an impressive 13 games they have definitely kicked their fair share of 1-pointers.
To beat them, every inside 50 needs to count and the Bombers defensive group hasn't really been tested, ever. Locking the footy inside the forward half and pressuring the Bombers defenders is the key.
Easier said then done?
In the other Blackchrome Cup match of round 7, the current 1st placed Roos' face Warwick Redback's who are yet to record 4 premiership points in 2014. The Roos' have started their inaugural season superbly with Jade Hose, Tarina Oates and Mariah Pasfield leading the charge.
Coolaroo however have lost Tarina Oates and this will hurt their structures but no doubt have the depth to cover the key players departure to the Sunshine Coast.
For Warwick Cassie Cullen and soccer convert Caitlin Harrison lead the charge and will play pivotal roles if they are to officially kick-start their 2014 season. Any side know playing Coolaroo at Gold Park is a tough assignment but with the Roo girls in form, this becomes a very daunting task for the Redback's.
