Board Director Vacancies - Basketball New Zealand

Please find attached advertisement and position description for Basketball New Zealand Board Director vacancies.
Applications are invited for two positions on the Board of Directors. Under the constitution two Directors terms end by rotation annually – one elected and one appointed. This requirement has created one vacancy and the elected incumbent has indicated they will seek re-election. The remaining vacancy results from a previously appointed member resigning.
Both are volunteer positions, responsible for setting the strategic direction of basketball, national budgets and finance, meeting international obligations and monitoring progress against the All of Basketball Plan. The Board meets approximately eight times per annum, usually in Wellington.
