The wait is over.
This Saturday the 2014 Peter Jackson VFL season kicks off with three big matches as part of a split Round 1.
On Saturday tune in to ABC TV from 1pm to see 2013 premiers Box Hill Hawks head to Burbank Oval to take on new VFL standalone side Williamstown, celebrating their 150th year. The game will also be broadcast on radio station 3WBC 94.1fm.
The game is their Round 15 clash, rescheduled due to their Foxtel Cup commitments in season 2014.
Also returning to their VFL standalone status will be the Coburg Lions, who will host fellow VFL standalone Port Melbourne at the newly named Piranha Park (Coburg City Oval)
The final match will see Collingwood host North Ballarat at Victoria Park.
