As the Dalby Swans Cup nears the end of 2014, OLSCC and Dalby State School are making their move and securing their spots at the top of the ladders for their respective divisions.
Our Lady of the Southern Cross College have secured the top five positions in the Boys Division of the Swans Cup after Round four fixtures with Dalby State School ONE also sneaking into calculations to finish top.
OLSCC 3 are sitting on top with a perfect record thus far winning four from four, after accounting for Dalby South 2 by 66points. OLSCC 2 have also made their move into second after demolishing fellow school team OLSCC 4 by 12 goals.
Dalby State School ONE, flexed their muscles in the State School Showdown as they ran riot defeating Dalby South by an impressive 79points.
In the Girls Division, an inspirational third quarter by Shiro Frid (pictured kicking) wasn't enough as the previously undefeated OLSCC 2 went down to OLSCC 1. OLSCC TWO had more scoring shots, as OLSCC ONE made the most of their opportunities in front of the sticks.
Dalby State School continued their good season thus far, sneaking into second on the ladder with a big win over OLSCC 3.
